Aspire Marketing provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to: Web Design, SEO, Social Media Management, and Paid Ad Campaigns. All services are performed based on the specific scope of work agreed upon in individual client contracts.
While Aspire Marketing strives to adhere to industry-specific regulations (such as the Alberta Dental Association, Legal, or Investment standards), the Client is ultimately responsible for ensuring that their final marketing content meets their specific governing body’s requirements.
Payments for services are due as outlined in your specific project proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services or digital assets.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final creative assets (websites, logos, content) produced by Aspire Marketing. Aspire Marketing retains the right to display completed work in our professional portfolio.
Aspire Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including search engine ranking fluctuations or social media platform algorithm changes.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
